Frequently Asked Questions:​

• If you have a question about a credit card charge, please send an email to vernonbutchertown@gmail.com.  Include the last four digits of your card number, the date used, the issue, and a phone number where you can be reached during business hours.  Pending charges usually resolve themselves within 2 Business days and are held by the bank and cannot be resolved by Vernon Lanes only Cleared Charges can be disputed or changed by us.

• Please contact us via the submission form regarding requests for large party reservations, events, or group outings of 25 or more.

• We have 8 vintage wooden lanes that we oil daily. 2 Pool Tables, 4 Pinball Machines, 6 Steel Tip Dart Boards, 4 Soft Tip Darts Boards, Golden Tee and other Arcade Games to enjoy.

• Each bowling lane holds 6 guests comfortably.

• Most groups can get through 2 games within an hour to an hour and a half.

• You will either need multiple lanes for a large party to bowl at the same time or longer lane time for everyone to take turns bowling.

• Gratuity is added to all parties of six or more and any tab left open after the end of business.

• The same staff that takes care of the food and drink orders also helps maintain the lanes, and shoes, and any other issues to ensure a fun time is had.

• We are family friendly and become 21+ after 10pm

• We serve great coffee drinks, soft drinks, and all the free water you care to consume so please leave all outside beverages and water in the car or at home. Our liquor license is at risk if there are any outside drinks in the building.

• We do not have bumpers for the lanes, but we do have push ramps.

• With being one of the oldest bowling alleys in the nation, using an iPad for self scoring is a happy medium.

• Our kitchen is open from 11am-10pm Sunday - Thursday and 11am-12am on Friday and Saturday.

• We serve Brunch & Bowling every Saturday & Sunday from 11am-3pm
